Nubel returns to schalke goal - hertha without cunha

The 23-year-old displaces his opponent markus schubert, who had last haunted the home of the konigsblauen four times in a row, to the substitutes’ bench. "Because schubu unfortunately couldn’t help the team in the last games and give the security we hoped for and expected", coach david wagner explained his decision to make the switch.

"I think it’s a very difficult situation for everyone, especially for him as a young goalkeeper," wagner told tv station sky. "Accordingly we have decided to change."It is already the fourth goalkeeper swap of the current season at the revierclub, which has been waiting for a win since ten bundesliga games. Nubel moves to FC bayern next season.

Wagner also fields three fresh players in the starting eleven against bremen. Jean-clair todibo, juan miranda and michael gregoritsch will play for matija nastasic, bastian oczipka and guido burgsmuller. "Of course, it’s also a matter of freshness," said wagner. "And then we are also responsible to see that the boys stay healthy." At werder there were three changes after the 0-0 against monchengladbach: kevin vogt, sebastian langkamp and leonardo bittencourt replace christian grob, milos veljkovic (yellow suspension) and yuya osako.

Neudrossenfelder brewery relies on bottled beer

It looked so good for drossenfelder brauwerck AG. In 2020, after the disappointing results of the previous years, the trend should finally be reversed. And in january and february, things really took off. "We had the best sales in the history of the brewery", says chairman dieter bauernfeind. But then came corona – of course in the darned seventh year of existence.

There are two reasons why the pub brewery has come through the pandemic reasonably well so far, despite massive economic restrictions. On the one hand, this is due to the coarse, beautiful biergarten, where there is plenty of space to keep your distance. On the other hand, sales of bottled beer have increased enormously. Brewmaster bernd weibbrecht took the initiative. "Bottle filling was the only chance to get our beer to the people", he says. And so he now regularly drives to nankendorf with a 1000-liter tank full of barley juice, where his brewer friend georg schroll fills it into the bulbous half-liter bottles. Now even the special beers like feierwerck (kerwabier), urwerk (smoked beer), kraftwerk (bock) or hexenwerk (cold-hopped pilsner) are available in bottles – when they are in season. Neudrossenfeld’s mayor harald hubner, who is also chairman of the brewery’s supervisory board, is a fan of the night beer, a dark cellar beer with a strong malt content that is available all year round alongside the light tagwerck: "the dark one is a rough draft from our brewmaster."

The virtual session in the Bamberg city council is coming?

Will the bamberg city council be able to act if corona forces individual mandate holders into quarantine?? The question is quite justified. In this week alone, meetings had to be cancelled in aschaffenburg and in schillingsfurst (ansbach district), for example, because city councillors or administrative staff fell ill with corona, and in neuburg/donau two mayors and half the city council went into quarantine. For volt city councilor hans-gunter brunker it is long past five to twelve.

Two applications, many signatories

He fears that in such cases a normal session in the city council and senates cannot be maintained. "But we can no longer afford such a long interruption as in the spring/summer", he states. "Meetings must take place." A broad phalanx from grunes bamberg/odp/volt, SPD, bamberger linke liste, freie wahler and bambergs mitte has now not only requested that the meetings be broadcast live on the internet in the future. Some also call for city councilors to be able to join meetings via videotaping.

"The background to the application is also the steadily increasing number of infections in our region", says SPD faction chairman klaus stieringer. "We have already had good experiences with video conferencing at supervisory board meetings." Accordingly, he is optimistic that meetings could also function online or with participants connected online.
